Author

Richard Thaler and Cass Sunstein are renowned scholars in economics and law, and the book talks about how governments and businesses use choice structures to help people make the right choices.

Reading this book, I realized how important the structure of choice is. Through this book, I was able to understand how the choice structure affects human behavior. For example, when students choose what to eat at school meals, they usually choose chocolate if they put chocolate and fruit together. However, leaving fruit alone makes students healthy choices.

It is the key message of "Nudge" to coordinate these selection structures to induce us to make the right choice.

 In conclusion

We must not forget that not making a choice is also a choice. This book provides us with the necessary motivation and direction so that we don't miss the opportunity to choose. I hope we can all make better choices using our knowledge from books.
