He is a statistician and has been known for his presidential predictions since 2008 by running a prediction blog called "FiveThirtyEight" in The New York Times.

And we analyze the reasons why such prediction techniques fail, and suggest ways to make successful predictions. Personally, I discovered and read this book in my poor childhood at a local bookstore. This is because there was an interest in prediction and statistics. This book let me know the importance and difficulty of predicting. Also, I was able to learn about the efforts and strategies to overcome such difficulties. Beyond simple predictions, this book broadens our understanding of the various predictions we encounter in our daily lives. And it provides insight into why it can fail.
